Individual and Transparent Pricing
Scody specializes in providing unique designs and garments to exactly suit your requirements. Every order is therefore individually priced to suit your requirements and the size of the order.

Our pricing reflects the components of cost associated with each order including the amount of time available for manufacture. There are certain fixed costs associated with each order and the larger the order the cheaper the average garment price. We offer very competitive rates for orders of significant quantity which can be finalised 3 months before the required despatch date.

We choose to separately identify each component of cost on our quotes so that there is transparency in our pricing

Design
Producing high quality images for sublimation printing on fabric requires precise colour matching and precise formatting in specialist software. The design concept is therefore only a small part of the total design process. This cost can either be included in the per garment cost or separately identified. We choose to separately identify the design fee on our quotes because:

We only charge the design fee once for new designs. If you order multiple styles, for example cycle jerseys and cycle pants you only get charged one design fee. If we built the fee into the garment price you would effectively end up paying it twice.

We do not charge a design fee on re-orders of the same garments with the same design.

Handling and preparation or set-up
Custom made garments involve significant time in placing the designs onto each fabric panel for each size of garment. Each order is individually cut, printed, and sewed. Each order also involves significant handling especially where there are small quantities in each size or pattern.

This cost can either be included in the per garment cost or separately identified. We choose to separately identify the "set-up" fee on our quotes because:

We only charge the set -up fee once on a per order basis. If you order multiple styles, for example cycle jerseys and cycle pants you only get charged one setup fee. If we built the fee into the garment price you would effectively end up paying it twice.
We do not charge a set-up fee on re-orders as a way of saying thankyou for your loyalty

Per Garment
In addition to the design and set-up we charge for each garment to reflect the raw material costs and makeup costs. These prices will depend on the quality of fabric, the size and quality of accessories and complexity of the garment.

Indicative Prices
As a rough guide, for an order of 25 fully customised garments, you can expect to pay a per garment price including all set up and design fees similar to the price of an equivalent retail garment. In other words you get a unique fully customised sublimated garment for about the same price as you would buy an equivalent garment from a shop.

Freight and Handling
Freight is charged separately. The amount of freight will depend on how quickly you need the garments and your location. Typically freight is only a few dollars per garment.
