For this reason we are happy to send sample garments to customers ordering custom garments so that all team members can try the garments before finalising sizes. For retail customers we provide a money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the garment for any reason you may return it. As long as we receive the item unused, with the original tags in place and within 90 days of purchase you can choose a refund or an exchange.
