What is the shopping cart and how does it work?
The shopping cart holds all the garments that you are ordering. After you have found the garments that you want, choose the colour, choose the size, choose the quantity and then click the “add to cart” button. When you add to the cart you will be given the options of "checkout" or "continue Shopping". If you choose to checkout you will be able to finalise your order. If you choose "Continue Shopping" you can add as many items as you like to the cart before finalising your order. You can view the contents of the shopping cart and add or delete garments from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the “your cart” button at the top right of the screen. At the checkout, you can change quantities, remove garments, or go back and add new ones. In fact you can add or delete garments from the shopping cart at any time up until you decide to finalise your order.
Do I have to buy every item I put in the shopping cart?
No you don’t. If you decide to delete an item from your order simply click on the “your cart” button, highlight the item you wish to remove and click the red cross to the right of the item.
How do I place my final order?
Once you have finished selecting the garments you want click "Your Cart" at the top right of your screen. The shopping cart has 3 Steps:
Step 1 - Check the items you have added to the cart. You can do this and then return to shopping or you can proceed to the next step.
Step 2 - Provide your billing and delivery address
Step 3 - Checkout. By clicking checkout you will finalise your order and will then be guided through the easy payment steps.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Your credit card information is kept safe through the use of our secure transaction system. Account customers may choose between paying by credit card or may charge purchases to their account.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes you will. We will automatically send you an e-mail notification that your order has been received.
What is the freight charge?
We try and keep it simple. To all destinations in Australia we charge $10 for freight and handling for the first garment and an additional 30 cents per additional garment. For international destinations including New Zealand we charge $15 for freight and handling for the first garment and an additional 30 cents per additional garment.
When is my order shipped?
Your Order is dispatched as soon as possible after it has been processed. For retail orders this will usually be the next business day after your order is received. For custom garments made to your specification we despatch within 30 days of order. If there is an unexpected delay you will be notified.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Within Australia we use Australia Post and a number of couriers depending on the destination. Typically if you live in an Australian capital city you can expect to receive your order within a week. If you live outside a capital city please allow a little longer.
For international deliveries we use Australia Post economy airmail. For capital cities in the USA and Western Europe you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks. Some other destinations can take longer.
Where will the invoice be sent?
Currently invoices and receipts are shipped together with the goods.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by contacting us.
