Money Back Guarantee on Retail garments
At SCODY we have a money back guarantee on our NON SALE retail garments. The item might not be as you expected, or it may not fit as you expected or you may just have changed your mind. No problem - you may return it. Simply contact us to let us know what is being returned and why it is being returned and then send the item back to us. As long as we receive the item unused, with the original tags in place and within 90 days of purchase you can choose a refund or an exchange. If you are ordering from within Australia, and if your order value is more than $250 we will cover the cost of returns. If it is less than this, please send a stamped self addressed express post pre-paid envelope with the returned goods. If you are ordering from outside of Australia, you will need to cover the cost of the return. Simply put, all that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in their original condition so that they can be re-sold. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return. Note: Retail items that are on sale may not be returned, unless they are faulty. 

Quality Guarantee on All Garments
At SCODY we have a quality guarantee on all our garments both custom made and retail. If the quality of our garment does not meet your expectations we will either repair it, replace it or give you a full refund . Simply contact us and explain the nature of the defect and then send the item back to us within 90 days of purchase. Where applicable we will pay for the goods to be shipped back to us, and will cover the cost of postage for goods being exchanged. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

Supply Guarantee on All Garments
At SCODY we have a supply guarantee on all our garments both custom made and retail. If we send you something that you didn't order, send you the wrong thing, or sell you something that doesn't match its description, we will exchange it for the correct item, or give you a full refund. Simply contact us and explain the nature of our error and then send the item back to us. If your order value is more than $250 we will cover the cost of returns. If it is less than this, please send a stamped self addressed express post pre-paid envelope with the returned goods. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

Qualified Money Back Guarantee on Commemorative Event Clothing
Commemorative event clothing is manufactured for a specific event and is difficult to sell after the event has taken place. Our money back guarantee on commemorative event clothing is therefore only available if we receive the returned garments before the event date, unused, undamaged and with the original tags in place. After the event we will do our best to exchange the garment but in all likelihood will not have stock available. You therefore need to choose carefully. If your order value is more than $250 we will cover the cost of returns. If it is less than this, please send a stamped self addressed express post pre-paid envelope with the returned goods.

There is no Money Back Guarantee on Custom Clothing
We are not able to accept the return of custom made garments as the garments only have value to the person or entity ordering them and are otherwise unsaleable. You therefore need to take care in signing off your colour concept and production specification.
